you call us, we’ll help you determine what's the best training
system for you. You can tell us when and where you’d like
your session, what software
you’re
using, what pace you’d prefer, and if
you
have any special wants or needs. You'll also receive our
Organizer Support Package, to make sure that you get maximum value for
your investment. |

The
day before your session is scheduled, your instructor will call you to confirm the
time, date, place, and any other details that you want to confirm. |

When
your
instructor arrives, he/she will adapt to your current skills,
priorities, and speed preference. You’re always in control
–
you can tell your instructor to skip over topics or spend extra time
where you need it. |

The
week
after your session, your instructor will call you to make sure
everything is still clear in your mind. You can also call your instructor with questions, and if you selected the Super Recall package, you'll get quick refresher calls over the next 12 weeks. |

We’ll
call you the week after your session so you can evaluate your
instructor and the course material. If you’re not 100%
satisfied, we’ll fix it. See our guarantee. |
